The company was established by Richard Widgery in 2006 to provide cinematographers the tools they need to match their creativity. Richard is a world leading motion capture and motion control expert at the fore-front of the development and use of mocap and motion control camera work for feature film, games, and television. Take4D is a culmination of a career at the top of the industry, blending different technologies to give DOPs, directors and visual effects artist the cutting edge techniques needed to stay ahead of audience expectations. The cross between artistic and industrial skills sit the tools firmly in between both worlds and have almost limitless applications.
